Face Time events offer you the opportunity to host group travel planners for an educational and networking event. The Group Travel Leader Inc. handles all of the planning details so you can focus on building relationships with influential travel planners.
Attendance – Our average attendance at a Face Time event is 25 – 40 qualified planners. We invite readers from all of our magazines in the region to attend the event. All planners must fill out a detailed profile about their travel club in order to register for the event.
Educational Seminar – Our Executive Editor, Brian Jewell, will give a half-hour educational presentation to help travel planners build their business.
Sponsor Spotlight – You will be given five minutes to greet the group, introduce your company and show your video. You will also be provided a booth space to distribute your materials and giveaways.
Networking Opportunity – After the educational seminar, there will be a meal and cocktail hour so you can network with the travel planners. The Group Travel Leader Inc. plans and secures the meals and the event location.
Leads – After the event, you will be provided with the contact information and profiles of all attendees who registered for the event.
